moar build fails with:
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/dod/moarvm-2016.07+dfsg'
   dh_install
dh_install: Cannot find (any matches for) "usr/include/dyncall" (tried in "." and "debian/tmp")
dh_install: moarvm-dev missing files: usr/include/dyncall
dh_install: missing files, aborting
debian/rules:35: recipe for target 'binary' failed
make: *** [binary] Error 2
dpkg-buildpackage: error: fakeroot debian/rules binary gave error exit status 2

mipsel build was removed with https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=789187
so LIBFFI_ARCHES is currently not used.

There's no provision in debian/moarvm-dev.install to not deliver dyncall include files when current arch
is listed in LIBFFI_ARCHES

All the best
