rakudo_2015.11-2_amd64.changes ACCEPTED into unstable

Hello

To avoid breaking rakudo when moarvm is upgraded, the new uploaded packages
have a dependency relation stricter than before:

nqp: moarvm (>= 2015.11), moarvm (<< 2015.12~)
rakudo: moarvm (>= 2015.11), moarvm (<< 2015.12), nqp (= 2015.11-2)

This means that user won't be able to upgrade moarvm to a new upstream version
unless nqp and rakudo are ready.

Since testing is still stuck with 2014.07, I'll wait for these new packages to
go in testing before uploading 2015.12 packages. (hopefully, no more than 5
days).

Now, I have to patch again libtommath...

All the best
