cme now recommends to use an https url. The error message is misleading.
This is now fixed and will be available in next version of libconfig-model-dpkg-
perl .

Otherwise, running 'cme fix dpkg-copyright' will take care of this without 
hitting the update issue you mention below.

My bad: I've removed libuv source but forgot to remove libuv entries from 
debian/fix.scanned.copyright file. Hence cme thinks that © file is missing from 
informations.
