Thanks for giving me the opportunity to hone cme :-)
This issue is fixed with libconfig-model-dpkg-perl 2.081. All Files entries
related to libatomic or libuv are now removed.
On the other hand, some License entries (e.g. MIT-atomic-variant) are no
longer needed and should be removed as well :-/
I'll fix that bug.
