Status on rakudo 2016.02

Hello

Good news, I've contacted Joe Nahmias (the maintainer of libtommath) and I'm 
now co-maintainer of this package. I've prepared a new release [1] which works 
with moar and nqp (not yet tested rakudo).

But the API/ABI of libtommath have changed and I'm must follow a package 
transition process to avoid breaking too much stuff on Debian [2]

Once this is done, I'll be able to update moar and to other to version 16.02 
(which may be 16.03 by then :-/ )
