On the other hand, rakudo now builds fine with libffi builds fine on arm64:

root at ylum:~/pkg-rakudo# file /usr/bin/moar
/usr/bin/moar: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, ARM aarch64, version 1 (SYSV),
dynamically linked, interpreter /lib/ld-linux-aarch64.so.1, for GNU/Linux
3.7.0, BuildID[sha1]=4b6c6c47e82d92d843cacc204ec1e8f4ac0711dc, stripped
root at ylum:~/pkg-rakudo# perl6 -e 'say "hello"'
hello
root at ylum:~/pkg-rakudo# perl6 -v
This is Rakudo version built on MoarVM version 2016.09
implementing Perl 6.c.

I guess we're making some progress :-)
