Unfortunately, moarvm does not feature non-regression tests. The tests are 
actually done in nqp and mostly rakudo. 

I don't know any way to install a built package in a porterbox chroot, so you 
can't really check that rakudo builds fine there.

An other way is to setup a mips qemu system, where you could actually build 
and install package. 

The third way is indeed to upload and see what happens.

Using qemu is better if you have some spare time. It should also enable us to 
bisect any regression that may still be present.

In any case, don't forget to use the latest libuv1 which I released yesterday 
on unstable.
