pkg-parrot: migrate or drop ?

Hi

What should we do with pkg-parrot on alioth ?

This was packaged for Debian a while ago before moarvm was used with rakudo. 
It has been removed from Debian since 2016.

Is there any change that parrot comes back ? or should we forget about it and 
remove the repo without migration ?

In any case, we can always retrieve the old packages from snapshot.debian.org
