prove6's /usr/share/perl6/debian-sources/prove6/prove6.p6deps file is empty. So 
rakudo does not build raku-getopt-long before prove6.

This is due to a bug in dh_perl6 which was fixed in version 0.4. I'll re-upload 
prove6 with a versioned dependency on dh_perl6 to fix this bug.
