Status of Tap::Harness6

Hi

perl6-tap-harness was released with version 0.20190121-1

I've seen that upstream now uses release tags. The last one is 0.1.0.

Unfortunately, this is lower than  0.20190121-1

To avoid using an epoch in our package version, I'm planning to release the 
new version as raku-tap-harness 0.1.0-1. This new package would provide perl6-
tap-harness.

At this point, I don't think that changing the source package name is 
necessary.

Thoughts ?
