Thanks for showing me the right track: it turns out that the pre-compiled files 
are removed by the post-install script of the old package.

Until now, raku module are pre-compiled at installation time and rakudo come 
with rakudo-helper script to compile or remove files when needed.

I'm going to enhance this script to avoid removing a file listed in /var/lib/
dpkg/info/perl6-readline.list
