Would you consider updating rakudo compiler to 2021.12-01 in Debian?

Hi,
I have uploaded them (2021.12) to experimental. The permanent
transition tracker seems not catching the concrete api version.
So looks like we need a transition before uploading to unstable,
triggering rebuilds for the raku-* packages so that they will
match with the new api version.
A package uploaded to experimental can automatically use packages
in experimental. See the buildd buildlogs. Uploading them
altogether at once is ok.
