I've updated a few things:
- policy declaration in debian/control (aka Standard-Version)
- debian/copyright. (mostly because I'm the author of cme and I wanted to 
debug cme copyright-update)

And I've uploaded these packages in experimental.

Before uploading to unstable, the warnings related to upstream package 
signature should be sorted out.
