Cannot build raku-json-marshal

Hi

I have the same issue when building raku-json-marshal in a cowbuilder chroot, 
i.e. in an environment where the build is done with dependency packages 
freshly installed from Debian repo.

It's possible that your podman envvironment is slightly different (may be raku 
build cache ?)

To check that, could you:
- uninstall moarvm to remove all raku packages
- run apt-get build-dep raku-json-marshal 
- retry build with gbp.
