Dear maintainer:

Lots of raku packages fail to build today.

Example: raku-uri fails in this way:

    dh_raku_install

         Checking installation of raku-uri
         Installing raku-uri package files

I'm assuming that this is a bug in dh-raku. If this is not the case,
please tell me, because then we would have to report the individual
packages instead.
