How to remove 19 raku-* packages from all ARM architectures ?

The process requires one bug per package, ftp-master don't handle it
nicely otherwise.

But I recommend you just leverage control commands while filing, since
ftp-master tools just parse the subject:

To: submit at bugs.debian.org
Subject: RM: raku-foobar -- ROM; ANAIS

Package: ftp.debian.org
User: ftp.debian.org at packages.debian.org
Usertags: rm
Control: clone -1 -2 -3 -4 -5 -6 -7 -8 -9 -10 -11 -12 -13 -14 -15 -16 -17 -18 -19
Control: retitle -2 RM: raku-barfoo -- ROM; ANAIS
Control: retitle -3 RM: raku-balba -- ROM; ANAIS
Control: retitle -4 RM: raku-fufu -- ROM; ANAIS

etc etc.
