This is due to file conflicts in some raku packages which makes them 
uninstallable.

The new dh-raku fixes this problems. The trick is that raku-hash-merge depends 
on a bunch of packages which must be installed. What you've seen is a conflict 
in these dependencies.

I've uploaded yesterday all raku modules packages with a build-dep on dh-raku. 
So this problem is fixed on sid.

On your sytem, the simplest fix is to remove all raku-* package and re-install 
them from sid.
