At the very minimum, you can mail debian-release at lists.debian.org
with such request.

Filing a bug against release.debian.org using reportbug would
be also an option (probably using "( ) other None of the other options").

However, the time required to handle such bugs is in the same time
scale of the days that are left for the package to reach testing,
so I would personally choose the first option (a simple email
to -release).
