[Pkg-raspi-maintainers] Patches for xf86-video-fbturbo

Hi,

I created some patches for xf86-video-fbturbo to help make it ready for
inclusion into Debian. They can be pulled from [1]:

* Add /usr/lib/pkgconfig to PKG_CONFIG_PATH.
  Needed for cross-compilation, otherwise pkg-config doesn't
  find xorg-server.pc
* Add patch to use system uthash.h
* Add missing copyright statements
* Move xorg module to correct location,
  modules are expected to be in /usr/lib/xorg/modules
