[Pkg-raspi-maintainers] performance of the aarch64 port

Hey,
I'm really pleased to see that the Rpi3 aarch64 PoC is usable now :)
I've been playing with it a little but and one thing I've found is
performance seems to be really bad, particularly of X stuff. I'm only
running a few pterms and awesome, and often I get interruptions to IO
from the keyboard, network performance is terrible, etc.
I'm going to look at my X settings, other stuff, possibly try the
experimental accelerated X driver. But I thought it would be interesting
to compare aarch64 to armhf, especially if Tianon and/or others get that
working (just scanning over the mailing list, I didn't realise it would
be that much work to get the 32 bit image sorted!)
I'll report anything I find here of course.
Thanks
