[Pkg-raspi-maintainers] Connection refused on port 22

OK, I will have to own up to this one: The initial phenomena of ssh on 22
and the display not working is due to the fact that I was using your 2016
img, despite having also downloaded the latest. Tabbing dyslexia, proven in
history. In later troubleshooting issues, I must have corrupted the file
system. :-(
