[Pkg-raspi-maintainers] Supported pi3 arm64 Debian(-ish)

Since it's still closely tied to Debian technology, I thought I
should point at that the systemd-less variant of Debian:

    http://devuan.org

Has just pushed out their "ASCII" release (pretty much parallel
to Stretch) which includes a 64-bit pi3 image as one of their
supported devices.

I've just put it through its paces, and everything that I tried
was good--ethernet, Wifi, xorg, USB.  (I'll leave it to somebody
else to report on Bluetooth.)
