[Pkg-raspi-maintainers] Please allow raspi-firmware on buildds

Hi,

raspi3-firmware has just been renamed to raspi-firmware but isn't being
picked up by buildds. It's a non-free package, with an “XS-Autobuild:
yes” source stanza, and the reasons given for allowing raspi3-firmware
still hold. So please consider adding it to the whitelist (without
removing raspi3-firmware that might get some updates for stable suites
and/or backports).
