Package: python3-rpi.gpio
Version: 0.6.5-1
Severity: grave
Tags: upstream
Justification: renders package unusable

Hi,

python3-rpi.gpio 0.6.5 as is current in sid, doesn't support
aarch64:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./server.py", line 8, in <module>
    import RPi.GPIO as GPIO
  File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/RPi/GPIO/__init__.py", line 23, in <module>
    from RPi._GPIO import *
RuntimeError: This module can only be run on a Raspberry Pi!

Upstream has fixed this in the 0.7.0 release, see here
https://sourceforge.net/p/raspberry-gpio-python/tickets/161/

I am kindly asking to please update the Debian package.
