[Pkg-raspi-maintainers] Bug#962038: raspi-firmware: Add Bluetooth firmware

Hi,

The firmware for the Raspberry Pi 3 Bluetooth chip is missing from
Debian non-free. On Raspbian, it is packaged as part of bluez-firmware
(https://github.com/RPi-Distro/bluez-firmware).
Ubuntu put it in their linux-firmware-raspi2 pkg with the eoan release
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1824338).

Please consider importing the Bluetooth firmware for raspi-firmware as
well. I guess this is a better option than to add it to Debian's
bluez-firmware.

For the current firmware version, please have a look at the Raspbian
package and for the license information, please refer to the Ubuntu
package's copyright file.
