[Pkg-raspi-maintainers] vmdb2: Should deprecate/remove qemu-debootstrap step bc it's deprecated

I now have tried replacing 'qemu-debootstrap' with 'debootstrap' and that 
fails with a not very clear error message. Changing it back and it work again.
But the log file then produces a "Deprecated ..." message.

I haven't tested whether the upstream commit actually fixes it, but it seems 
very plausible. But that commit is not yet part of an upstream release/tag.

So it would be useful to:
1) get upstream to release a new version and package that for Debian or
2) package an upstream git snapshot.
