It's a bit misleading:

    raspi-firmware | 1.20220830+ds-1         | testing/non-free-firmware  | source, all
    raspi-firmware | 1.20220830+ds-1         | unstable/non-free-firmware | source, all

And the britney log indeed mentions the acceptance into testing:

    trying: raspi-firmware
    accepted: raspi-firmware

I've pinged the release team about a possible configuration bugfix.
