[Pkg-raspi-maintainers] Bug#1031629: raspi-firmware: fails to install on a Raspberry pi 4 with UEFI boot

I am trying to install rasip-firmware in a Raspberry pi 4 with UEFI
boot but I get the following error: 

# apt install raspi-firmware
...
Error: missing /boot/firmware, did you forget to mount it?
...

And then apt bails out.
