Problem Statement (my understanding):<br>
- Raspian follows Official Debian releases, meaning<br>
Kernel 4.9 until next year sometime.<br>
<br>
- Mozilla Firefox (since 52?) and friends need<br>
Kernel 4.14 for Sound to work.<br>
<br>
- Therefore, some (vast hordes of) Raspian refugees<br>
can be expected here in the forseeable future.<br>
