Bug#859373: debian/watch file incorrect

Package: guacamole-client
Version: 0.9.9+dfsg-1

The Guacamole project has moved to the Apache Incubator, thus the
"debian/watch" file for the guacamole-client package is currently
incorrect:

1) Its regex will not match released files having the "-incubating" suffix.
2) Though releases are still uploaded to SourceForge for the sake of
easing migration, this is not the primary location for downloads. I
would recommend switching to checking archive.apache.org:

http://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/guacamole/
