building xrdp orig.tar.gz

Hi,
I'm trying to build an xrdp tarball from upstream's devel branch.  I've 
tried doing a make dist in the xrdp project and then adding the xorgxrdp 
source from the 0.2.2 release to it but some of the debian/patches are 
not applying due to wrong prefix.  I can probably retry with ./configure 
--prefix=/usr but might be missing other things too.  Is there an easier 
way of creating the tarball?
