Bug#858098: Also xrdp install fails on hosts with IPv6 disabled

Package will also fail to install on IPv6 disabled:

Even after temporary setting /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/disable_ipv6
to 0 repair will fail:

W: APT had planned for dpkg to do more than it reported back (0 vs 4).
   Affected packages: xrdp:i386

The package has to be purged and reinstalled before setting old
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/disable_ipv6 value.
