Bug#882249: xrdp: Please ship a script to generate xrdp pulse modules

Hi,

the attached script works for me to compile the xrdp pulse modules any 
time needed. Please test and consider to ship it. In case shipping it is 
considered useful, please update d/README.Debian accordingly.
