Comments regarding arctica-greeter_0.99.0.2-1_amd64.changes

There are a few werd copyright lines in the d/copyright
file (po/arctica-greeter.pot, in particular), but the issue
isn't your debian file -- the file itself has those same
details.

If it's at all possible, tracking down the actual author
of that file would be ideal.

In leau of all that, since this was written by both
Canonical and a Debian Developer, I'm going to assume
that the GPL marking in the root means all contributors
intended to release this PO under the correct license.
