I would like to Know if is possible, my own jsp's application, create a
ticket on RT, by e-mail,  sending by parameters, basic information (sende=
r,
subject and description ) and Custom Fields Informations (my own attribut=
es)
?
Is there any java class that do this ?
Is there something already developed , that do this ?
