[request-tracker-maintainers] request-tracker: Project Status

Hi folks,

I'm sorry to be much behind my schedule (RL hits again), but would ask
some questions nonetheless since I've not seen much activity from any
of you, either:

 * I'd like to disable the tracker features and use the BTS instead.
   This should be less confusing.
 * The existing tracker items should be moved to the BTS, too...

There's one issue mentioned which is a new version: Someone wanted 3.6.
Has any of you already taken a look?

I'm still haggling with the features of Alioth, so...
