[request-tracker-maintainers] First rt3.4 upload?

Hi folks,

I suppose we should take request-tracker3.4 off the QA group's hands.
There's version 3.4.5-1 in the Alioth SVN repository, including
a few (mostly trivial) bugfixes and lintian cleanups.

Ivan or Toni, as I'm not a DD yet, could you please have a look and
upload the new version if you think it's OK?

There are still a few lintian errors; most of them come from the setgid
bits in the log and cache directories. FWIW, I can't see why they should
be SGID - I understand they are only written by the web server, so I
see no reason to make sure they get group www-data as well. But maybe
I'm missing something, like eg. rt-mailgate?

I'll start digging into the rest of the bugs in the BTS properly
after we have properly adopted the package.

(Toni: I'm CCing you as you don't seem to be on the list.)

PS: RT 3.6.0 was released today, so maybe we should start looking
into that as well. Maybe only for etch+1, though?

Cheers,
