Hi Nicholas,

most of the listed files were certainly in the 3.4.4-1 package. Those
that weren't, constraints.mysql and drop.*, are not required.

Did you execute the command Stephen suggested above? Was this a
new installation or an upgrade of the package?

I'm marking this unreproducible for now. I don't have any explanation
for this either, short of the local admin removing the files.
