Install rt3.6-apache2 first, possibly on the same command line:

# apt-get install rt3.6-apache2 request-tracker3.6

None that I can think of. You'll have to specify the database server 
etc. manually in RT_SiteConfig anyway, but it shouldn't matter if it's
a local server or not.
