[request-tracker-maintainers] List moderation problem fixed

Hi folks,

I got the administrator password for this list today from the Alioth
administrators, and there was indeed a largish pile of moderated mail
waiting. I decided to approve all the ~75 non-spam mails; sorry for
the flood.

This shouldn't happen anymore - I just disabled the 'implicit destination'
filter rule that was the cause for the moderation of those messages.
There may be more spam on the list in the future due to this, but let's
hope it will stay tolerable.

If anybody else wants to take over the list administration, please let
me know and I'll be ecstatic. Meanwhile, I'm avoiding all moderation
so that the maintainer address of the packages stays functional in the
future.
