[request-tracker-maintainers] Bug#495406: rt show -l is an undocumented switch.

While trying to understand someone else's script, I found they were
doing

    rt show -l ticket/$x/history

...which confused me, since rt show doesn't *have* an -l switch.
Experiment showed that I was wrong: the switch is there, but it is not
documented.
