[request-tracker-maintainers] RFH: request-tracker3.6 -- Extensible trouble-ticket tracking system

Hello people.

My name is Gerardo Curiel, and I've been working on a package for
request-tracker3.8, it's not finished yet, but I've been able to install
it on Etch(with some deps modifications) and Sid(just tested the
PostgreSQL database backend by now). 

There are some issues still:

* HTML::RewriteAttributes needs to be packages
* Some manpages are needed for some new scripts
  - usr/sbin/rt-clean-sessions
  - usr/sbin/rt-email-dashboards
  - usr/sbin/rt-email-digest
  - usr/sbin/rt-email-group-admin
  - usr/sbin/rt-shredder

* The MySQL backend doesn't work and SQLite backend is still untested.

You can look at the Changelog for a comprehensive list of changes [0]. 

I'd like to be added to the team and be involved in the maintenance of
the RT packages.There are some important changes provided by Andrew
Ruthven[1], I think he should be added to the team if he requested it
so.
