I certainly don't object. Thanks for stepping up. 

BTW, libhtml-rewriteattributes-perl was finally accepted from NEW
recently, so that can now be added as a dependency.

Any opinion about the patch for #503667?  I'll probably upload it tonight
unless somebody tells me it's not enough.
