Hello maintainer,

I am going to accept rtfm.  However, there are a few things you should fix on your next upload.

* Correct copyright notice for almost every file is "Copyright 1996-2009 Best Practical Solutions, LLC"
* inc/Module/Install.pm is Copyright 2008-2009 Adam Kennedy
* There is no copyright holder listed for the Debian packaging.
