[request-tracker-maintainers] Bug#534955: RT3.6 partialy in english and using "Du" instead of "Sie" (German)

Hello Maintainer,

because I have in my enterprise employees, which do not  speak  english,
it is annoying if the  Webinterface  is  a  mix-up  between  german  and
english (see attached screenshot and marked in RED).

The second thing is, that they use in the interface "Du" and  not  "Sie"
(see attached screenshot and marked in BLUE).

The Text should be for example:

    Die Suche nach Volltexten in jedem Ticket kann sehr lange dauern,
    aber wenn Sie es benötigen, können Sie nach jedem Wort in jedem
    Ticketverlauf suchen indem Sie fulltext:Wort eingeben.

instead of:

    Die Suche nach Volltexten in jedem Ticket kann sehr lange dauern,
    aber wenn Du es benötigst, kannst Du nach jedem Wort in jedem
    Ticketverlauf suchen indem Du fulltext:Wort eingibst.
