Yes, I'm happy happy for you to include all of that as is, with one
minor change I'd like to make.  I'll rewrite the git history so that my
email address is my personal one and the one I use for uploading to
Debian.

Good idea.  :)

I'm just tidying the git repo up now to make it better to publish.  It
looks like some of my history rewriting as gone wrong, so I'll need to
do some more work on it befure it is in a fit state to use.
