[request-tracker-maintainers] Bug#592771: rt3.8-rtfm: Should clean out mason cache in postinst

This package should clean out the mason cache between upgrades, like
the request-tracker3.8 package does - or, preferably, there should be
a hook-like system for any RT extension package to do this sort of thing.

We can probably cope without this for squeeze.
