Hi Guus,

I'm looking at some old bugs in the request-tracker3.* packages
and came across this one.

It appears that noone's looked at this bug before. It's probably much
too late now, but could you let me know whether you are still having
this problem, and if so with which version of RT? I don't have access
to an Oracle installation so I won't be able to reproduce this myself.

If you have any information about when/how it was fixed upstream if it
was, that would be very useful too.
