RTFM 2.4.2 has some incompatibilities with RT 3.8.8 (both currently
in unstable):

"the CF admin pages were redone in 3.8.8, rtfm isn't compatible with that.
So an upgraded rt/rtfm is fine.  In a new install, it would be hard to
associate a CF with your article."

Upstream has offered to point out relevant patches if we need to update
before the next version of RTFM is released (due in a few weeks).
