[request-tracker-maintainers] Plans for upload for request-tracker3.8 (l10n)?

I remember a very recent discussion with Dominic about a possible
upload of rt3.8, when I prodded for the pending l10n updates.

IIRC, there was a plan to make some change to the debconf tempaltes
and then call for translations (but I may be mistaken).

What is the situation right now? Is there somethign I can do for helping?
